An appointment setter is someone who contacts potential customers and arrange sales calls. Typically, appointment setters will make approximately One Hundred Fifty calls daily and are responsible for keeping the records of potential clients and of their productivity/ Appointment Setters may go into the field to do business surveys and networking to create sales leads.
